Subject: In the matter of affairs of Bidisha Cooperative Housing Society Ltd.
Reference: Various complaints lodged by you in the subject as stated above.

It has been observed that a series of complaints have been filed from your end in the matter of
Seneral affairs of the society on several occasions. All the complaints have been duly enquired
into by various officers attached to the office of the undersigned from time to time.
tt has been established time and again that the various allegations made by you do not have
merit and your allegations are reported to be unfound and not established by facts as observed
in the enquiry reports submitted so far by the enquiry officers.
{tis also being observed that on the one hand you have been complaining about the inaction on
Part of the Board of Directors of the society in the matter related to repairing and maintenance
of the society buildings while on the other hand you have filed one dispute case (Dispute Case
No.01 Of 2015-16) against the management of the society praying for prohibiting the same
Board vf Directors from implementing the decisions and resolutions adopted in the Annual
General Meeting regarding repairing and maintenance of the society buildings
in the light of the observations made above the undersigned has reasons to believe that you
have been inappropriately exercising your rights as a general member of a democratically
managed co-operative society and at the same time you have been taking such unfound issues
before various authorities ranging from selected media houses to the various constitutional

bodies such as the Human Rights Commission, the High Court and the Supreme Court of India
and the President of India for reasons best known to you.
It may not be out of point to remind you that as a general member of a society you are
Supposed to take up your grievances before the democratically elected Board of Directors for
any redressal and if you have any grievance against the Board you are to approach the general
body for further redressal. Only after exhausting such democratically available remedies you
should move a complaint before any competent authority.
Now, as the final hearing in the Dispute case as mentioned above have already been completed
and the award has been pronounced by the Ld. Arbitrator, you are advised to comply with the
award to be passed by the Ld, Arbitrator and act accordingly. You are further advised not to
come up with such unfound allegations.
