Base of Examination
On 4/30/16, Det. Swanson of the Maricopa Police Department contacted the Tempe Police
Department (TPD) to request video enhancement/analysis assistance with an investigation into a
Fraud. The goal of the procedure is to enhance the video and attempt to perform a height
analysis of the suspect.
Chain of Custody
We at the Tempe Police Department (TPD) received video from Det. Swanson of the Maricopa
Police Department on 4/30/16 at 0400 hours. Tracking number JKDLKDNJKDM

In these images we can see that the suspects vehicle is what appears to be a silver or white
minivan with what appears to be damage to the front bumper on the passenger side of the
vehicle. Based on the images seen here I believe the vehicle to possible be a Chrysler Minivan.
In these images we can identify that the suspect is a male in his 20s possibly early 30s. He is
wearing a dark colored t-shirt, shorts, and baseball cap as what appears to be a wrist watch on his
left arm.
In this image the suspect shows a visible sleeve tattoos on his right arm.
In this image the suspect shows a visible tattoo of a spider web on his left elbow.
In this image the suspect shows more visible tattoos, more specifically a tattoo next to his
right eye.
In this image the suspect shows more visible tattoos, more specifically neck tattoo and a
tattoo of a spider web and a woman on his left elbow.
In this image the suspects hat looks similar to the logo to the St. Louis Cardinals baseball
team.

In this image you can see the suspect inside the victims home with what appears to be a
bag containing the items that were stolen. He has a gun in his other hand.
In this image you can see what is believed to be the suspects vehicle leaving the scene.
