Introduction
Methodology is an aspect should be studied to produce a project.

Planning process needs to be examined and where possible to produce a project.

Methods of work should be done properly for executing of work with
better out come and safety aspects and secure. With availability of regular work,
then all the works and tasks can be followed and implemented.

SELECTION PHASE

Phase 1
Selection on project to be carried out. Then determine name and project main objective
that will be implemented. Apart from that, process to get equipment and fair thing.
Determine project topic that want to be carried out.
Determine equipment that is suitable to be applied.
Phase 2
Before starting project implementation process, member of a group had to put up
equipment and material that is be used especially equipment for mechanical first part.
Get mechanical equipment.

Obtain information on equipment used to avoid abusing of equipment and for safety
purposes.
Making detailed preparation of project to make it clear.
Phase 3
Selection process motor that want to be used. We has chosen motor grater machine
because it has a concept that is same with the selected project.
Choose motor grater machine that is used.
Modify a little motor that is original to something that appear just such as wiring
system and configuration.
Phase 4
Sketch process project that during this project implementation period. Always do
process improvement through sketches simultinously with the project.
Idealise the design concept thru sketches.
Choose the best sketch.
Matching the design to the working space.

Phase 5
Project implementation by

cutting material of iron according to the measured

dimension.
Cut iron should be 3x4 inch.
Phase 6
Welding process of iron and install tyre in body site section project.
Weld iron using MIG according similarly to the sketch.
Install tyre in framework part.
Phase 7

Process install electrical motor in project body. Match position that is suitable for nib of
instrument.
Install electrical motor in the place that punched the hole on it to suit the motor.
Measure long rate eye of iron tool.
Phase 8
A little provision of process cover to be put in front project body. The purpose is to
prevent corn fill from out. Its also to aim to waylay hand from affected in nib during
work carried out.
Phase 9
Provision process of basin. It aims as place for corn fill that is completed fall.
Phase 10
The process of installation of all the components to make an automatic drain machine.
Assemble the electric motor on the body, as well as install in the form of the motor.
Assemble safety of basin at the front of the body of the project.
Assemble the thin metal at the substance of corn will fall.

Phase 11
The process of pre-commisioning.
Testing is done on the first motor to ensure it can work as we want.
Phase 12
Process of modifications and improvements.
If there are any problems arised modification will be carried out.
Phase 13
Final commissioning.

Once everything is completed, testing must be carried to ensure the functioning of the
machine as designed. It should be tested regularly to increase its realibility.
Phase 14
Problem solving.
All problems are identified and corrected.
Corrected problems arre analysed and documented.
