Here is how to install the complete version.

After installing the setup you have to follow these steps:

Overwrite p5g_supl.bin file in folder C:\Program Files\Pathloss 5\geo_data.

Run pl50.exe.
Initialize program.
Enter any serial number
You select Telephone in method ot initialize the program
Enter any Authorization code.
Enjoy!!

One more thing. According to your instructions, version 2009 should be installed
first and then it can be updated to 2011:

But after completing all those steps, my p5g_supl.bin is different for the attached
yours.
Does it mean that the content of this file is host/installation-dependent (i.e., every
user gets its own variant of this file)?
Moreover, in my case mitab.dll is already present in C:\Program Files\Pathloss 5 and
is identical to the one from the med...
Then I guess there is no reason to replace it, right?

Agree with you. No need to replace mitab.dll file as previous comments

If you are using Windows 7 AND you have a Pathloss version dated earlier than
February 24, 2011, The following directories must be deleted from your virtual store.
For 64bit Windows 7:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Pathloss
5\geo_data
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Pathloss
5\langauge
For 32bit Windows 7:
