Addendum to our offer QD-000007812

Dear CK,
Like we discussed during the telco of this morning, you are asking for an extension of the scope of our offer QD000007812, under same general conditions. This extension is described below:
-

Addendum 1: Analysis of different possibilities for semi-automated operation of the pumps (manual start/shutdown by operator) as a consideration for extra safety to prevent total plant shut down in the future. This
analysis will be included in the final report and will be presented and discussed with you during a separate
conference call. This extra scope corresponds to an additional cost of 4900,- EUR (VAT excl., possible withholding
tax excl.) to be added to the quotation in offer QD-000007812.

Any implementation after this study will be the subject of Addendum 2.
