1823 - Dispatcher Mitchell states the suspect is very
agitated and concerned with the happenings of the world, as
well as his own dislike for the police
1827 - Bain reports the 40mm will be utilized, if necessary
to not allow re-entry to the residence by the suspect
1832 - Suspects sister calls in from Attleboro and states
the suspect has no weapons at his disposal, he only needs
help.
1835 - Metro negotiator arrives at station.
1843 - MFD C1 & C2 at scene
1843 - Sgt Ellsworth, M12, takes occupants from house to
Cumberland Farms. mileage 46244; ending time/mileage
1853/46245.
Narrative:
1845 - Dispatcher Mitchell still has the suspect engaged in
conversation and attempting to get him to come downstairs
and outside. Suspect is sounding agitated, intoxicated and
possibly may have used marijuana.
1850 - Dispatcher Todesco is ordered into the station as a
third dispatcher.
1908 - Sister arrives at the station. She is
speaking with
a negotiator
1912 - Chief Sellon relocates to the Command Post.
1914 - Bain reports the suspect is in custody.
1917 - Sgt Crosman and members of Metro ISU clear the
residence.
1923 - Ofc Fenore, M4 is transporting the prisoner to the
Command Post.
1931 - Fenore is accompanying MFD Rescue to Sturdy Memorial
with the prisoner.
1932 - Sennott enroute to station with occupant for a
witness statement.
1937 - Sgt Ellsworth reports Sturdy was advised of the
impending arrival of male and accepted the section 12. 1946
- Chief Sellon reports all metro members are clear and
