Puttur Taluk DK 574203
Hereinafter called the buyer of the vehicle KA 53 P 9845.
The Seller has the absolute ownership with all rights of ownership and possession without any
liability of Motor Vehicle Maruti Alto bearing Registration Number KA 53 P 9845 and Chassis Number
MA3EAA61S01834443 and Engine Number F8DN4602521 has agreed to sell his vehicle effective
from the 25th June 2016, for value consideration as per mutual consent of Rs. 2,05,000/-.
The Buyer has paid Rs. 5,000/- to the seller as token advance by cash on 11th June 2016 and
later transferred amount of Rs. 50,000/- on 20th June 2016 through NEFT transfer to AXIS BANK
Account bearing number 911010054481460 from AXIS BANK a/c No. 915010034553541. Seller has
agreed to hand over the vehicle to the buyer on 25th June 2016 towards which the buyer has transferred
Rs. 1,00,000/- through NEFT to AXIS BANK Account bearing number 911010054481460 from AXIS
BANK account no. 915010034553541 on 24th June 2016. Meanwhile, clearing the hypothecation from
the Vehicle RC and getting CC from sellers RTO will have to be taken care by the seller. The original
RC and Insurance will be handed over to the buyer only once the seller clears all the above said
documentation process and also upon receiving the balance Rs 50,000 from the Buyer.
The seller understands that he/she transfers the sole right of ownership of the motor vehicle
referred in to the buyer to be used at sole discretion of buyer at his or her own will. The buyer takes the
full ownership of the Motor Vehicle KA 53 P 9845 and Chassis Number MA3EAA61S01834443 and
Engine Number F8DN4602521 and consents to complete all transfer formalities to transfer vehicle in
RTO, Insurance in his/her name on the earliest basis. The Buyer Consents that he has to pay the balance
of Rs. 50,000/- to the Seller once the hypothecation is cleared from the RC and also upon receiving the
Clearance from RTO. The buyer also agrees to take the original RC and Insurance along with the signed
RTO forms pertaining to the Vehicle from the seller after the balance payment.
Buyer understands that all responsibility, risks associated after date and time of executing this
agreement will be his/her responsibility. Seller warrants that all disclosures to buyer and other matters
in connection with such transaction, are in all respects as required by, and in accordance with, all
applicable laws and regulations prevailing at time of signing this sale agreement with no material facts
hidden in.
