Responsibility Description Job

A. Operator Loader / Forklift :
1. Offloading and back loading
2. Maintain proper housekeeping of cranes and surrounding deck areas
3. Participate in the helicopter landing team
4. Participate fully in pre shift meetings and tool box talks
5. Participate and lead in the development of JSA or TBRA for any operation relating to
cargo and deck activities.
6. Ensure that all deck operation adhere to the permit to work system when required
7. Monitor the condition and certification status (i.e. color code) of lifting equipment
involved in all cranes and cargo handling activities

8. Apply safety precaution before start to repair
