dear members of the ncbm board of directors, including special task force:
2s promised, i am reaching out again with a few additional updates.
Judge ruled in our favor
2s i emailed earlier, we received very exciting news today that judge brasher
has ruled in our favor and required that ncbm staff provide all of the
documents requested for the audit within § days. the judge also noted that
vanessa williams and general counsel sue winchester did nat act in good faith
in refusing to provide the documents and that our firm?s legal fees must be
covered, this Is @ very important victory it validates what we have been saying
all along - we have a right to this information and a right to conduct the audit
‘ncbm so desperately needs,
validity of the may 30th election
the judge?s ruling also notes that the validity of the may 30th election is
central to this case. to address this, our law firm, ballard spahr, under the
direction of the special task force, is filing a preliminary injunction tomorrow.
s0 the judge can also rule on this important issue. itis important that we put
this debate behind us and silence all challenges to our valid election in order
to move ncbm forward,
support for nebm
i have heard from many of you with calls and emails of support. i trulyappreciate that most of us have come together in unity and are standing for
