EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF VISIONARY LEADERSHIP STYLE

MADRASAH HEAD TEACHER OF WORK AND DISCIPLINE
EFFECTIVENESS MADRASAH

In the context of this study the effectiveness of madrasah interpreted as the teacher's
role , the role of headmaster , and the roles of employee relations and leadership . Therefore , an
institution or a government or private agencies engaged in the field of education in order to
always consider what factors are causing a motivated teacher for disciplinary work and the
factors that influence the effectiveness of the madrasah . Because if the condition is ignored , it
will be less than optimal leadership and lack of discipline madrassas Head teachers' work .
Visionary leadership style of headmaster and teachers work discipline that is expected to run
well at the school was still a lot to experience problems in implementation , so the conditions are
still not working effectively . Lack of good conditions of the two components of education that
have an impact on the effectiveness of the madrasah madrasah concerned.
The aim of research by the author is to determine the effect the implementation of
visionary leadership style of headmaster and teachers of the effectiveness of labor discipline
madrassas in MAN 2 Ciamis .
This research is a quantitative research approach inferential statistics . Relating to the
nature of this research data , namely quantitative research data in the form of numbers or
qualitative data diangkakan , whereas inferential statistics are statistics used to analyze the
sample data and the results applied to populations Based on the data of a sample .
Based on the results of research and discussion that : Visionary leadership style
headmaster and Discipline Teachers Working together affect the effectiveness of the Madrasah
in MAN 2 Ciamis Ciamis District of 25.3 % and the remaining 74.7 % influenced by other
factors , based on the results of these studies proved that there is a positive influence between
headmaster visionary leadership style and discipline of teachers working together on the
effectiveness of madrasas in MAN 2 Ciamis Ciamis District .
