(Recipes given are for 1 portion) (2 Portions are to be
prepared by each Competitor)

60 ml Orange juice
60 ml Pineapple juice
30 ml Mango juice
2 drops Grenadine syrup
Preparation Method
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with
ice cubes and shake well.
Then pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish
Slice of orange wheel

52.60 ml Herb Syrup

105.59 ml Ginger Ale

(All juices are natural and unsweetened)
Preparation Method
Put all ingredients into Boston shaker then shake
well until smooth, pour into a Collin Glass and top up
with ginger ale.

Preparation Method
Muddle mint leaf add ice and shake well all ingredients
until smooth then pour into Red Wine Glass, top up
with ginger ale.
