Mingle the ingredients with a hand mixer, first on the lowest then on the highest level (ca. 5
minutes). If the dough is still sticky, add a little bit of flour but not to much! The dough has
to stay soft.
Put the dough to a warm place until it significantly increased in size (this can take a while).
Knead the dough thoroughly and grease a baking plate with a little bit of butter. Then roll the
dough that the whole baking plate is covered.
For the stuffing:
Shell the apples, remove their cores and cut them into little pieces. Steam them together with
the raisins, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until they are cooked and let them cool down.
Then spread the stuffing over the yeast dough.
For the crumble:
Mingle the ingredients little by little with a hand mixer and spread the crumbles over the
stuffing.
Oven (preheated): 200-225 C
Baking time: 15 -20 minutes
Enjoy!
