1. Are the panel board, and circuit breakers, electrical
connections, cables and outlets cleaned and dry,
properly labeled, attached and secured?
2. Are the wheel guards and work rests in the correct
position/alignment/spacing and are in good condition?
3. Is the grinding wheel still in a good condition with no
observable cracks and relatively sharp?
4. Are the worktable slides, swivel table, headstock and
tailstock spindle, and wheelhead well lubricated?
5. Does the belt and pulley drives shows no sign of wear
and tear?
6. Is the coolant system working and does not produce foul
odor?
7. Are there any unusual noise or abnormalities during the
2 minutes operation testing of the machine?
