Remove disk, male side

Remove disk, female side

10. Remove spring washers

11. Mark spacers: female top and

male top

12. Remove spacers

13. Unlock rotors

14. Loosen housing

15. Remove guide pins

16. Lift housing

17. Place support blocks

18. Mount press

19. and press male rotor

20. and female rotor.

21. Remove housing

22. Remove bearings from housing:

use disk. (1)

23. Remove bearings from housing (2)

24. Remove bearings from housing (3)

25. Clean housing

26. Remove male rotor

27. Remove female rotor

28. Mount press on male shaft

29. Remove ring from male shaft (1)

30. Remove ring from male shaft (2)

31. Remove ring from female shaft (1)

32. Remove ring from female shaft (2)

33. Remove O-rings (1)

34. Remove O-rings (2)

35. Remove inlet bearings (1)

36. Remove inlet bearings (2)

37. Clean all remaining parts (1)

38. Clean all remaining parts (2)

39. Clean all remaining parts (3)

40. Clean all remaining parts (4)

41. Clean all remaining parts (5)

After cleaning; Check the diameter
of the pinion shaft at the pinion
seat (male rotor).
It should measure 74.9 (min :
74,883 and max : 74,905) or (0.017 / +0.005)
