The Plaintiff, complaining of the Defendant, alleges and says as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff is a citizen and resident of Gaston County, State of North Carolina.
2. That the Defendant is a citizen and resident of Gaston County, State of North Carolina.
3. That the Plaintiff has been a resident of the State of North Carolina for at least six months
next preceding the filing of this action.
4. That the Plaintiff and Defendant were married on the 29th day of February 2005, in
Gaston County and lived together as husband and wife until on or about the 16th day of
November 2015, when they separated.
5. That since November 2015, the Plaintiff and Defendant have lived continuously separate
and apart from each other and have at no time resumed the marital relationship which
formerly existed between them.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully prays the Court as follows:
1. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the parties be dissolved and the
Plaintiff be granted an absolute divorce from the Defendant.
2. That the Plaintiff be awarded a trial by jury.
3. That the costs of this action, including a reasonable attorneys fee, be taxed by the Court
against the Defendants.
4. For such and further relief as to the Court may seem just and proper.
