YouruserexperiencepointisspotonandthatisthechallengethatSAPalwayshaswhen
theyinnovateistryingnottodisruptcustomerswhereinsomecasesdisruptingcustomeris
therightanswer.FromwhatIhaveseenfromatechnicalsystemstandpointthedisruption
willbeextremelyminimalbuttherewillbetrainingandchangemanagementthatcomes
withanewuserexperiencethoughwithwhatIhaveseenthebenefitsofthisofferfar
outweightheeffortneededaroundthose.

ItmeansthattohaveagreatUserExperienceOutofthebox(withconfiguration)isnotimpossible.
AnyfeedbackfromSuccessFactorsenduserscouldbehelpful.

FollowingtheacquisitionIwouldbedisappointedthatSAPdoesnotlearnatleastfrom
SuccessFactorsuccess(Ihopetheyhaveusedsomeoftheselearningsinthetobedelivered
solution).

Basedonmyexperiencemycurrentpositionisthattheonlywaytoprovideanenhancedgreatuser
experienceforcasualSAPusersisdoinhousedevelopment.That'samessagethatmy
