? Direct report to Site Project HSES Manager
? Ensuring that Contractor and Company s Supervision Team the implementation of Si
te Health, Safety and Environment management (HSE). Plan and Program in accordan
ce with contractual requirements
? To motivate and monitor the effectiveness of the Contractor s and Company s person
nel to take such actions that necessary to maintain performance to the HSE requi
site and standard
? To monitor the Contractor s compliance with Company work permit procedure
? Provide assistance, guidance and co-operation to facilitate accurate HSE asses
sment and achievements
? To ensure in conjunction with the Company s personnel that the health, Safety &
Environmental requirements of the Company and contractor s are strictly complied
? Establish and maintain schedules site and health safety inspection and audit p
rocedure. These procedures shall include the preparation and appropriate distrib
ution of written reports detailing identified defects, weakness and recommendati
ons for improvement
? Liaison with relevant enforcement authorities and other relevant parties on he
alth and safety matters
? To ensure Contractor conducts daily toll box meeting and Conduct HSE weekly me
eting, Safety committee meeting
? Evaluate and investigate as require any anomaly, near miss, and accident which
occur and give recommendation for further corrective action to be taken
? Ensure all that all construction equipment has been inspected and certified an
d fit for purpose and have proper color code and tagging where require prior to
use on working areas
? Perform accident/incident investigation, report, record, analysis, recommendat
ion, and preventive action to be taken
? Organize, develop, supervise, and support ERTs to be active and professional i
n handling emergency
? Assist the Construction Manager in ensuring that Company site facilities are s
afe and proper maintained
? Provision of statistical Health, Safety & Environmental and Report on regular
basis
