BOND OF INDEMNITY

The President of India
In consideration of _______________ minor of whom I am the legal/natural guardian being imparted
training in sports by any officer or any other person deputed by the army authorities to impart training in
sports or any other person in the employee of the Indian Army or person in the service of the Government, at
my request, with out any coercion, I undertake and agree that neither I nor my executor or administrators or
other representatives will make any claim against the Government or against any officer or other rank or any
employee of the Indian Army or against any person in the service of Government in respect of any loss or
injury to property or person including injury resulting in death which the said minor
____________________ may suffer while the said minor is or in consequence of the said minor being
trained or while residing at Amy Sports Institute and I understand and agree that no compensation will be
paid by the Government or any or other rank or employee of the Indian Army or any person in the service
of the Government in respect of any such loss or injury and I further agree so as to bind myself, my heirs,
my executer and administrators to Indemnify you and any officer or other rank or employee of the Indian
Army or any other person in the service of the Government against any claim which be made by any third
party against you or them of any of them arising out of any act or default on the part of the said minor
during or in connection with such training or any other related activity or while residing at Army Sports
Institute for the purposes of said training.
It is further declared that stamp duty payable on this undertaking shall be borne by me,
