Jeffrey Scheidt joined Siegel-Gallagher after a 17-year career with Midwest
Airlines in Milwaukee, where he was responsible for the airline’s facilities and
business interests at airports. Scheidt has built and led teams and completed
numerous construction projects with airports and airlines throughout the
United States. He has demonstrated success in the construction, maintenance,
and repair of facilities, equipment and surrounding grounds to ensure efficient,
safe, comfortable, and professional environments for customers and employees.
He has negotiated airport, airline, and construction contracts as well. Scheidt’s
project and construction management experience includes architect and
contractor bid review and selection, option evaluation and pricing, value
engineering, scheduling, construction oversight, and punch-list.

Scheidt continues to grow and manage Siegel-Gallagher’s construction division.

He leads multiple teams in the successful completion of base-building, tenant
improvement, and owner’s representation assignments. His commitment to
excellence and his drive to succeed are of great benefit to Siegel-Gallagher’s
clients. He is effective in many diverse roles and is truly passionate about
construction. Scheidt is also very customer-focused and believes that, in
addition to bringing a project in on time and under budget, the customer’s
expectations must be exceeded to qualify any project as a success.
