When Vodafone started the mobile service in 1999 it didn't have any automated billing

information system. If sombody wanted to know his balance, then he had to call VF customer
service, waiting for an operator, telling the phone number, the secret code, and the name of the
owner, and after this long procedure the operator told the balance. Every VF customer hated
the long procedure. More than 70% of customer service calls were about billing information.
An IVR could have solved this problem, but IT specialists thought, that it would have been
very expensive, so they did not pay attention to it. When I started my work at Vodafone, my
first idea was also the IVR, and I told it to my manager, I asked some offers for such an IVR,
and it was quite cheap! I made some statistics about how many CSR working hours could we
save if we use Ivr for billing information and I counted the return on investment. The result
was very persuasive, so the project started immediately. When the system went live, every
customer was very happy, and VF directors were very happy too.

Now I am working for IRF Softverhaus ltd, which is a typical hungarian middle-enterprise. It
has no structured oragnisation, responsibilities were not clearly defined. The company has a
lot of freelancers and only a few employee, and there were a lot of ad-hoc decisions. All these
facts make my work very difficult. So I am looking for a multinational company again,
because I like operation and processes of this kind of enterprises.

Once upon a time.. We worked on a project. One of my colleagues told me that she would not
finish until the given deadline. It was an important task and a serious project, so I decided to
help her work. We worked a lot, and it succeed. We were ready in time. I was very angry, and
I told my collegue my opinion, but she has an acceptable reason for late with work.
What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort? Describe a situation in which you

Listening to people and their problems, and realise their possibilities, aspirations and dreams
and finding solutions for them always require great effort. Being successful in situations of
