3.Roastcauliflowerfor1520minutes,untiltheedgesaregoldenanditiseasilypierced
withafork.
4.Whilecauliflowerisroasting,fillasaucepanwiththemilk,creamcheeseandshredded
cheddar.Heatonmediumhigh.
5.Slowlywhiskthecheeseasitmeltsuntilsauceiswellmixed.Addsourcreamtothicken.
Stiringarlicpowder,drymustard,saltandpeppertotaste.
6.Removeroastedcauliflowerfromovenandpourcheesesauceovercauliflower.Mix
evenly.
7.Combinemeltedbutter,breadcrumbs,parsleyandparmesan.Spreadoverthe
cauliflower.

1.Settheovenracktothelowestlevelandpreheatto450degrees.Linea9x13inch
