Our Mission
The purpose of IPYG is to create positive and lasting change internationally through uniting major youth
associations around the world. We support of the development of their communities through all IPYG
youth setting the example in educating and motivating their nations active pursuit of peace.
Our Vision
IPYG aims to unite the youth of every nation, and pave the way to a peaceful future for our
world. We strive to do this through fostering a new culture of world peace, a heavenly culture
that will respect and embrace the beautiful diversity of humanity and restore faith in mankind.
Through a peaceful co-existence we can repay those who have shed their blood in countless
wars, and bring an end to the hundreds of wars that divide the nations of this world. IPYG will
walk this path of growth and change as one, united world youth.

Any individual between the ages of 15 and 35 (youth), or youth organization is free to join
IPYG but shall commit to working towards world peace. All members shall conduct their
activities in a peaceful, lawful and respectful way.

Activities undertaken by any Affiliate member of IPYG shall in no way infringe upon or
impede any of the rights granted to an individual or group by the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights (UDHR) defined by the United Nations detailed at http://www.un.org/en/

Acting as the key contact for all correspondence between IPYG Headquarters (HQ) and your
organization.

RECITALS
(A) The Organization is the coordinator and facilitator of events including, but not limited to, summits,
volunteer activities, forum discussions and collaborative projects.
(B) The Aliate wishes to participate in and contribute to the community of the International Peace
Youth Group (IPYG).
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1.Definitions
In these conditions:
the Agreement means these terms together with the Internal Rules.
Confidential Information means confidential or proprietary or technical information and materials of
The Organization including information relating to IPYG and also information relating to The
Organizations other aliates, contacts and suppliers. Confidential Information shall not include any
information that is in the public domain or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving
party, or is otherwise properly received from a third party without an obligation of confidentiality.
Internal Rules means the internal rules which have been supplied to the Aliate and which may be
amended from time to time by The Organization for the proper performance of this Agreement.
IPYG Materials means any work or materials created by The Organization or the Aliate pursuant
to this Agreement.
2.
2.1
These conditions shall form the basis of the agreement between the parties. These
conditions shall apply except so far as expressly agreed in writing by a person authorised to sign on
behalf of The Organization. No servant or agent of The Organization has the power to vary these
conditions orally.
2.2
The conditions in this Agreement are the only conditions upon which The Organization shall
deal with the Aliate and they shall govern the Agreement to the entire exclusion of all other terms
and conditions.

3.1
The Organization shall use its best endeavours to carry out the obligations set out in the
Internal Rules.
3.2
The Aliate shall comply in all respects with the Internal Rules.
4.
Intellectual Property
4.1
All intellectual property rights produced from or arising as a result of the performance of this
Agreement and in the IPYG Materials shall become the absolute property of The Organization.
4.2
The Aliate authorizes The Organization to use its logo and other intellectual property on
promotional materials and otherwise for the proper performance of this Agreement.
5.
Force Majeure
The Organization shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in carrying out its obligations
arising from circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to lock-outs, fire and
accidents.
6.
6.1
This Aliation Agreement shall commence on the date The Organization communicates its
acceptance of the agreement to the Aliate and shall continue until one party gives to the other not
less than one months written notice.
6.2
The Organization may terminate this Agreement with immediate eect by providing written
notice to the Aliate if:
6.2.1
6.2.2 the Aliate fails to or refuses after written warning to comply with the Internal Rules
or otherwise perform its obligations in accordance with this Agreement; or
6.2.3
6.3
7.
General Provisions
7.1
This Agreement and the documents referred to herein contain the whole agreement between
the parties and supersede any previous agreement between them relating to the subject matter of
this Agreement, whether written or oral. The parties acknowledge that neither of them has relied
upon any representation, written or oral, of any person but only as expressly set out in the
Agreement.

7.2
The Aliate shall hold and maintain in strict confidence all Confidential Information, shall not
disclose Confidential Information to any third party, and shall not use any Confidential Information
except as may be necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement except as may be
required by a court or governmental authority.
7.3
The Aliate may not assign, sub-license or sub-contract the Agreement or any of its rights
or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of The Organization.
7.4
If any provision of the Agreement is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to
be illegal, void, voidable or otherwise unenforceable, or indication of the same is received by either
of the parties from any relevant competent authority, such provision shall be deemed severed from
the Agreement and the remaining terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and eect.
7.5
Any notice to be served on the other party shall be sent by recorded delivery, registered
post, e-mail or fax. Notices sent by registered post or recorded delivery shall be deemed to be
served within 72 hours of posting, and by e-mail or fax within 24 hours if sent to the correct e-mail or
fax address of the addressee.
7.6
This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Korea.
