APPROVALS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR WORK EXECUTION

Our 100 MW Mudra Project grid connectivity proposal is under process at MSETCL Head
Office Mumbai for issuing the final grid connectivity with scope work.
2 After grid connectivity approval from MSETCL, we should take the permission from
MSETCL and MSEDCL for commencement work.
3 Work should be carried out (EHV line, Swyd, 33 KV Line work under the supervision of
MSETCL/MSEDCL.
4 We should submit the Sub-station layout, section layout and SLD to MSETCL H.O. for
approval.
5 We should start the 132 KV EHV Line survey work and take the necessary approval from
MSETCL office.
6 We should complete the Swyd land contour survey and get approval from MSETCL for
sub-station.
7 After approval of basic drgs (ie layout, section, SLD), we can apply for appl of supply,
civil / other engg drgs.
8 Without factory inspection and DC from MSETCL/MSEDCL, we cannot dispatch the
material to site.
9 We should use the only MSETCL/MSEDCL approved vendor material for construction
work of 132 KV EHV line, Sub-station and 33 KV Line. If we want to use the new vendor
material then we need to take the necessary vendor approval from MSETCL/MSEDCL.
10 We should take the all drawing approvals from MSETCL/MSEDCL/CEIG.
11 We need to pay the necessary supervision, testing fees, statutory charges to
MSETCL/MSEDCL/CEIG.
Permits & Approvals:
1. Grid Connectivity approval from MSETCL.
2. Payment of security deposit to MSETCL/MSEDCL/MEDA.
3. Work commencement permission from MSETCL office for Sub-station and EHV Line.
4. Work commencement permission from MSEDCL office for 33 KV Line & metering point.
5. All drawing approval from MSECTL for Sub-station, bay extension, EHV line and from
MSEDCL for metering point and 33 KV Line.
6. All work of Sub-station, EHV Line, 33 KV line should be carried out under supervision of
MSETCL and MSEDCL.
7. Material Inspection at factory from MSETCL/MSEDCL before dispatching to site.
8.CEIG drawing approval for Sub-station, bay extension, EHV Line, 33 KV Line, WEG;s and VCB
Yard.
9. EHV line profile approval from MSETCL.
10. PTCC approval for EHV and 33 KV Line.
11. Forest NOC for EHV & 33 KV Line (IF Line not crossing the forest, then also NOC required).
12. Collector permission for construction of EHV line.
13. Gazette publication from MSETCL for EHV Line.
14. River crossing /NHAI permission for EHV line crossing and commissioning if required.
15. Local panchayat approval for Control room and O&M building construction
16. Separate 7/12 extract with sub division and N.A. Approval for sub-station.
17. Commissioning clearance from MSETCL/MSEDCL/load dispatch centre/CEIG authorities.
18. Paper Publication in local newspaper before commissioning of 33 KV & EHV line.
19. Infrastructure clearance from MEDA for erection WEG;s.
20. Commissioning clearance from MEDA for commissioning of WEGs.
21. N.A. Permission for WEGs.
22. Commissioning clearance from Non-conventional Energy Ministry Govt. of Maharashtra.
23. Commissioning to Permission from MSEDCL for WEG;s commissioning.
24. Power purchase agreement with MSEDCL.
25. Power purchase agreement approval from Energy Ministry Govt. of Maharashtra.
26. All Gram panchayat permission before commencement of project work.
27. Geology Mining department approval and payment royalty to Govt of Maharashtra.
28. Before excavation for WEGs, Sub-station and Road construction murrum royalty payment
to local revenue authority of Govt. of Maharashtra.

29. Blasting permission from District Collector and Superintendent of police if required for
construction work.
30. ZP/PWD/Corporation/RTO /Police permission for transportation of WEGs heavy Material.
31. Any other permission if required on time to time.
32. Liasoning with local politician, local bodies.
