Compounding of oral suspension from Tamiflu Capsules

1. Carefully open ONE capsule and pour all the powder into the bowl. (handle the
powder carefully as it may cause irritation to the skin/eyes.)
2. Add 5ml of water to the bowl and mix it with the powder for 2 minutes.
3. Add 7.5ml of syrup Simplex to the bowl.
4. Stir the mixture well before giving the dose (please refer to the following table to
measure the dose)

Sediaan ubat sirap daripada kapsul Tamiflu

1. Buka SATU kapsul yang dibekalkan dan tuangkan kandungan serbuk ke dalam
satu mangkuk kecil (berhati-hati agar tidak terkena kulit/mata semasa proses ini)
2. Tambah 5ml air ke dalam mangkuk dan kacau bersama dengan serbuk untuk 2
minit.
3. Tambah 7.5ml sirap Simplex ke dalam mangkuk
4. Kacau dan sebatikan sirap yang disediakan sebelum minum (sila rujuk kepada
jadual di bawah untuk sukatan dos)
