Articles of Partnership

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
These articles of Partnership, made and executed by and among;
Atty. Vicente S. Jimenez, Filipino citizen, residing at Malamag West Tumauini, Isabela,;
Atty. Eric-John S. Calagui, Filipino citizen, residing at Malibabag, Penablanca, Cagayan;
Atty. Cliff John C. Bautista, Filipino Citizen, residing at Maya St., San Gabriel Village,
Tuguegarao City;
Atty. Joey Cauilan, Filipino citizen, residing at ; all of legal age.
WITNESSETH: That
1. They have formed a partnership among themselves under the name and style of Jimenez,
Calagui, Bautista and Cauilan (JCBC for brevity) Law and Notarial Office;
2. The purposes for which said partnership is formed are:
a. To establish a law office to cater to notarial services of the public, and
b. To handle for the firm all accepted cases jointly and/or individually with the
assistance of other partners.
3. The principal office shall be located at Lace Bldg., Arellano St., Ugac Sur, Tuguegarao
City;
4. The term of partnership shall be two (2) years to commence from and after the execution
of these articles, provided that:
a. Any partner who shall withdraw within the said period shall pay P500, 000 and other
damages, and
b. The partnership may be extended or dissolved at will with the consent of all the
partners.
5. The capital of the partnership as contributed by the partners are as follows, to wit:
Atty. Jimenez, P 30,000.00;
Atty. Calagui, P 30,000.00;
Atty. Bautista, P 30,000.00;
Atty. Cauilan, P 30,000.00;
6. The profits and losses shall be divided share and share alike among the partners.
7. The treasurer shall be Atty. Cliff John C. Bautista who shall be under the direct
supervision of the other partners.
8. If during the term of the partnership, any of the partners shall be found incapacitated to
perform his duties, the partnership shall continue among the other partners, unless all
other remaining partners decide for its dissolution.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this _____ day of ____
