Using Support central Tool manages Helpdesk Queue Workgroup relate.

Handling VPN cases i.e. VPN ID Creation issue soft token reissue, installation.

Creating ticket for problem & amp; troubleshoot the software issues.
Manage in house application like Delite, AGMS, and Vission Plus.
Configuration & troubleshooting outlook issues.
Working on RSA Secure ID tool and provide VPN connectivity to users.
Deal with RSA Soft Token & Hard Token for VPN connectivity.
Manage all mails of central of mailbox.
Create email, VPN& AMP: Blackberry accounts in IDM tool.

Send Communication for Network related issues to Pan India location, release
notification regarding change schedules.
Active Directory Management (Creation & managing resources in domain like user, Local
Admin rights, Printer rights etc.
Handling Safe boot cases i.e. recovery and mapping.
Work under Ticketing environment, cases needs to be closed under given TAT.
Providing instant Remote Support and trouble shoot the issues.
Providing the support through Mail as well as on calls.
