Dear Sir,

Today, Complete Running RO-I and RO-II in auto mode with all interlocking
sequence as feed scaling in PLC.
We have taken three Pressure Switch at outside and inside of High pressure
Pump with socket from ADCPL to check in auto mode interlocking sequence
because Mr. Pragat and Sagar are not cable to calibrate.
After Auto mode, Mr. Pragat want to this implementation in Plant
1. Provide Programme as meter takes Analog Signal for Raw water tank high
level and low level.
2. Provide Programme as Alarm feed with date and time.
3. Provide Programme as RO-I and RO-II run in one Auto other manual.

Repairing of raw water feed Pump outlet line and Damage NRV.
Raw water Pump MGF, ACF MCF Pressure gauge not working properly.
RO Reject second stage pressure gauge not working properly.
Attend all leakage of RO plant.
Setting of Pressure Switch at outside and Inside of High pressure Pump.

RO-II
1. MCF pressure gauge, Booster Pump outlet Pressure gauge second stage
pressure gauge and Reject pressure gauge not working properly.
2. Attend Leakage of HPP-I Outlet SS Valve.
3. Change of Feed water Rota meter
4. Replaced End Cap.
5. Setting of Pressure Switch at outside and Inside of High pressure Pump.
