Please Enclose the Following Documents with Application for General Membership

1. 2 (two) passport size photograph of Authorized Representative.

2. Attested copy of up-to-date Trade License.
3. Attested copy of up-to-date TIN certificate.
4. List of Major Works executed by the applicant along with attested copy of certificates.
5. Curriculum Vitae of 1(one) graduate engineer who is on who is owner/partner or on permanent payroll in the
organization.
Please note that after acceptance of the application by BACI the applicant will have to deposit Tk. 25,000 (twenty five
thousand only) in the form of A/c payee chaque/demand draft/pay order as entrance fee. In addition to the above the
member will have to pay Annual Subscription of Tk. 20,000 (twenty thousand only) payable in half yearly installment.

Qualification for General Membership

1. All individual persons, firms, companies, corporation, and all other persons engaged in construction industry and
involved in such contracts which necessitate the involvement of 1 (one) or more of the different Engineering
Faculties shall be eligible for enrolment as General Members.
2. All individual persons, firms, companies, corporation, and all other persons should be in business continuously for
the last 3 (three) years.
3. All individual persons, firms, companies, corporation, and all other persons should have construction experience
and have executed construction works of Govt., Semi-Govt. Autonomous Organization, Bank, Insurance
Companies, Hospitals, Universities, Embassies, NGOs [local and foreign] etc. in last 3 (three) years with a contract
of value at least Tk. 5 (five) crores in a single work order.
4. All individual persons, firms, companies, corporation, and all other persons of becoming General Members should
have at least 1(one) Graduate Engineer who is owner/partner or on permanent payroll in the organization.
