Mumbai style Tawa Pulao(a tomato based, pav-bhaji

masala pulao)
1. Heat 1 tblsp Oil
2. Add 1 tsp garlic paste.1 tsp ginger paste.saut for 10-15 secs
3. Add cubes of onions ..cook till soft and
translucent..about 30 secs
4. Add the cubes of tomatoes..let it cook till nice red and soft
5. Add the paste/ ketchup1/2 cup
6. Add 1 tsp red chilli powd.1/2 tsp turmeric1tsp garam masala2 tsp full
of pav bhaji masalaMIX
--7. Add the Cube the capsicum
8. Add green chillies...quick stir
--9. Add some water (1 cup)
--10.Add the paneer
(andcarrots and French beans)
11.Add salt
12.Add the rice.Toss (reduced flame)
