1)PO# & Line item # not updated in table RSDBS

The PO has been created but it is not updated in the table RSDBS. This is project PO with account assignment
category Q and with reference to PR.

Ans) 1

st

case :Check if any release strategy exist for PO. Transaction ME29N is for releasing PO.i have already
checked release strategy also. PO is already released..
2nd case :Then Is the data available in table EKPO, pass the PR number and check whether the PO is available there.
If Yes. PO is available in table EKPO.then Check below note
670262 - ME22, ME22N : missing entries in table RSDBS.
This looks like for MM, but check whether this is useful for your case.If the account assignment Cat is Q, then actual
this table should have the date, please check whether the PO is account assigned as Q.

2)

No records to transfer to PS

I am booking time directly on WBS and in the info type of the personnel nos the Cost centers and activity types are
defaulted..
I have records now in the table CATSDB for the records I have created. But when I try transferring into PS through
transaction CAT5 it is showing the message "No records to transfer"

Ans ) Case 1 -based on "data entry profile"

release or approval may be required before trasferring time records to

PS. please check your data entry profile.


Case3 -Try using CATA & there enter your personal no & date. Select Controlling & Project System both in target
components. And try to execute in test mode.
Case 2 -Thats correct. I have used CAT7 which transfers to the WBS. I can see costs now in CJI3 against time
bookings. Thanks all
