It is company of four wheelers which sale vehicles.
The owner of the company, managing director is Mr. Vishal Chordiya.
Company sales vehicles of Chevrolet, General motors pvt, ltd four wheeler which
has variety of cars &is well known in India. Mainly cars selling in showroom are
Spark, Beat, Aveo, Aveo-Uva, Optra, Optra Magnum, and Cruze & Captiva which
ranges from 4 lacks to 25 lacks. Company has nearly 10 technician & nearly
25working members.
Company sells 90 to 100 cars per month. Annual sell of company is 1000 to 1100
cars. The labors are given personal target of 36000 in a month. Monthly target for
serviceman is 7 lakhs. Workshop men are also given target of 7 lakhs.

List of the equipment & tools in Garage

1. Nitrogen tire inflation system:
Usually we fill air in tyre. The nitrogen is
lighter than air so nitrogen is filled in tyre. Due to this we can get less
wear & tear of tyre. As nitrogen is lighter than air if tyre gets puncture the
air goes away quickly but in case of nitrogen it goes very slowly.
Due to nitrogen the tyre becomes lighter and less bumping effects are
observed red.

2. Wheel alignment system:

It has alignment software which is feed in

computer which has camera. There are four sensors in alignment system.
The cameras senses the sensors fitted on tyre & show the correct caster,
camber angle & toe.

3. Wheel balancing machine:

Wheels are not balanced so they generally produce a

vibration that is uncomfortable to drive in & results in premature wearing of
suspensions tires. So balancing is necessary. Wheels are balanced on balancing
m/c. The m/c rotates the tyre & wheel assembly & automatically calculates the
weight & location of balance counter weight. As a result of wheel balancing notice
a smoother ride.

4. Tech 2 Engine Scanner:

It is connected to ECM of engine. It

diagnosis the whole engine & tell us the problem. It is faster, easier &
simple method of dignosising the engine. The device is costlier and is
manufactured in Bosch Company and it ranges from 25 lakhs.

5. Pneumatic gun:
This tool works on air so named
pneumatic gun. An air compressor is
connected to it which develops compressed air
which is used to tight or loses the nuts. It
becomes simple to remove nuts fastly and is
easier to handle.

6. Spanner Set:
For regular use the spanners are used. The nuts and bolts which are
difficult to remove with pneumatic gun the spanners are used. There are different
size of spanner for different size of nuts & bolts.
