On 051112 at approximately 1800 hours, I responded to the parking lot

of 12070 Crabapple Road (CVS). Upon arrival, I met with SHERRI HICKS
who stated she wanted to go get her 15 year old son J.H from his
grandparents (MARTHA and WALTER HAZELWOOD) house at 11595 Northgate
Way for a visitation. HICKS stated the HAZELWOODS were the legal
guardians of J.H, but she had a court order that showed she had
visitation rights whoch she showed me.
I followed HICKS to 11595 Northgate Way where I made contact with
WALTER and MARTHA and advised them the reason I was there. I showed
MARTHA the copy of the court order I had and she stated it was not the
right one and she went and got the correct copy.

WALTER stated she has shown proof and they were supplying supervision
so HICKS could have visits but they had an incident last Monday and he
stated she would have to find her own supervision from then on.

. I advised WALTER he could he held in
contempt of court if he went against the courts order and he got
visibly upset.
WALTER stated J.H could go with HICKS but she was to have him back by
no later that 1400 hours on Sunday 051312. I advised HICKS if she did
not have J.H back by then she could loose her visitations. HICKS
stated she would have J.H back on time.
