THE RELATIONSHIP QUALITY OF HEALTH SERVICES WITH SATISFACTION
OUTPATIENTS AT KULISUSU PUBLIC HEALTH BUTON NORTH DISTRICT

Kulisusus Public health data shows the number of visits outpatients January
were 526 people (2,46%), February 372 people (1,74%), March 261 people (1,86%).
This data shows that patient visits tending to decline. This research aims to know the
relationship of quality of health services with the satisfaction of outpatient in Kulisusu
Public Health Buton North District.
This research is kind of analytic with the approach of cross sectional survey
study. The population in this research is 420 people, the total sample are 84
respondents. The sample collection accidental use sampling techniques, researchers
can take people who met as the sample, with a record of the person having the criteria
of the sample. A method of analysis using statistical tests chi square and the cramers.
The results of this research shows that there is the medium relationship was
between the quality of health services based on the dimensions of comfort with the
satisfaction of outpatients in Kulisusu Public Health (X 2 count = 6,557 and V 2= 0,27).
There is the medium relationship between the quality of health services based on the
dimensions of the relationship between human beings with the satisfaction of
outpatients Kulisusu Public Health (X2 count = 9,169 and V2= 0,33). There is the
medium relationship between the quality of health services based on the dimensions of
the relationship between timeliness with the satisfaction of outpatients Kulisusu Public
Health (X2 count = 7,534 and V2= 0,29).
Expected for Kulisusu Public Health should make efforts to improve the facilities
and infrastructure support increasing comfort patients. Expected for health workers to
improve the relationship between human in doing. It was also public health hoped to set
time standards in providing services.
