I am one of the customers of your airport. Through this letter, I would like to tell
you something about the service and security at your company.

I am an Italian. Last week was the first time arrived in Jakarta and I was shocked
by how I gotattacked by the people who offered me a taxi. They surrounded
me and I didn't feel safe at all. My first impression of Jakarta was had because of
it. When will Jakarta Airport do something about it?

I hope you would consider and pay deep attention to my letter. I'm sure you
