WITH MOTION TO RESET
COMES NOW, Respondents through the undersigned counsel,
and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully avers:
1. That the undersigned counsel enters his appearance as counsel
for the Respondents in the above-captioned case. Henceforth, let
he be furnished with all the court processes through his address
stated below;
2. That a scheduled hearing of the abovementioned case were set
on June 12, 13, and 14, 2016 at around 2:00 o clock in the
afternoon, respectively;
3. That to give time for the counsel to prepare for the proceedings
of the case and important document relative thereto,
the
undersigned counsel respectfully sets that the hearing be moved
on the dates of 18 , 19 and 20 of July 2016, respectively;
4. This motion is prompted only by the forgoing reason and not for
delay.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, it is most
respectfully prayed of the Honorable Court that the hearing scheduled
be calendar on July 18, 19 and 20, 2016.
