Reduced staff from 6 to 4 by streamlining the accounts payable process and by eliminating need for cost accountant
through cross training. Overall savings in excess of $150k/year.

Responsible for company green initiative and recycling program. Efforts have saved company over $100k/year.

Made observations that not all pieces of equipment in an automated folding operation where working and proved that by
fixing what was missing we could improve labor efficiencies by approximately 2% - total estimated annual savings $145k.
