Pending regulatory approvals from CVM, Central Bank and Antitrust Authority CADE. Includes expenses with legal reports, auditors, appraisers, and lawyers, among other professionals engaged as
advisors for the transaction as well as the planning of the integration. The net impact from the divestment from CME Group shares, which totaled R$557.3 million (R$572.8 million before taxes), takes into
account amounts that impacted the results in previous periods as a base to calculate taxes. Additionally, this divestment has led to a reversal of tax assets in the amount of R$99.2 million related to

(ii) increase in the amount of provisions for payroll taxes, reflecting higher BM&FBOVESPAs stock price
