60 gm butter
225 gm air ais
75 gm whipping cream

175gm tpg hp
2gm yis
105 air sejuk dari peti sejuk
Uli seminit dua.Tutup dgn plastik wrap dan diamkan 5 jam.
Doh utama
75gm tpg hp
4gm yis
15gm gula
5gm garam
50gm air plus ais
15gm shortening
Uli hingga elastik
Muat loaf pan 9x4 inci
Selepas 5 jam, campurkan kedua doh dan uli hingga elastik.

Tpg high protein 200gm
Tpg cake @ superfine 50gm (saya guna tpg gandum cap rose)
Gula 30gm
Cream cheese 60gm
Garam 3gm
Yis 4gm
Fresh milk 100gm

Whipping cream 35gm

1/2 sudu teh yis
1/4 sudu teh garam
1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1 sdb gula caster
1/4 cwn yogurt
1/4 cwn minyak sunflower
1/2 cwn air suam
Topping: pumpkin seeds, almond flakes dan sesame seeds
Butterscotch sauce
1/2 cwn brown sugart
1/2 cwn whipping cream
Secubit garam
1/2 sdt vanilla
25 gm butter
Panaskan butter hingga cair, masukkan brown sugar.Kacau selalu hingga gula
larut.Masukkan whipping cream, vanilla dan kacau sebati.
