Agreement forming part of our Employment offer


This Agreement is entered into this the <<date of agreement>> between <<Name of the
company>>, a Company registered at <<address of the company>> (hereinafter called
the Company) and Mr./Miss./Mrs. <<Name of the Employee>>, a Indian inhabitant
residing at <<Present Address of the Employee>> and having permanent residing at
<<Permanent address of the Employee>> (herein after referred to as Employee) of the
other part

The Employee, as part of the consideration for the training efforts and costs
involved, agreed to sign a bond for not leaving the services of the Company for a
minimum period of <<one year>> from the date of his/her joining the services
of the Company.
Company has fully rights to terminate the employee from his/her service due to
any violation actions, low performance, misconduct and disabilities by giving [one
month / 15 days / 7 Days] notice period.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS BELOW:

The Employee acknowledges that substantial costs have been invested on


him/her for training him/her specifically for effectively handling the job
responsibilities and, any discontinuance of the employment before the expiry of
the one year term would unfairly prejudice the Company, and, as such, the
Employee undertakes not to leave the services of the Company, for any reason
what ever, for a minimum period of one year from the date of his/her joining the
services of the Company.

The Employee agrees that during the Employment Period he/she shall devote
his/her full business time to the business affairs of the Company and shall
perform his/her duties faithfully and efficiently subject to the direction of the
management team of the Company.

In case, The Employee for any reason leaves the services of the Company before
the signed period of One year, then he/she shall forthwith pay a sum of Rs. Xx,
xxx /- being the indemnification of the cost of training to the Company. The
Employee undertakes not to dispute the amount, and shall pay the amount,
before requesting for formal relieving order from the Company.

Confidentiality: leak, copy, and alter of any information/company


asset/Intellectual properties for personal use is strictly prohibited. If employee
will find to do such activities then company can claim on employee for cost
which depends on companys asset and intellectual properties.

Mutual Termination of bond: This Agreement may be amended or cancelled by


mutual agreement of the parties (employer and employee) without the consent of
any other person.
Conditions- Both Parties (Employer and Employee) must be ready to amend or cancel the
agreement.
- Termination/Resignation flow will be either Employer to Employee or
Employee to Employer.
- Employee has to inform regarding voluntary resignation in advance of
[3months]. Resignation letter must be signed by the employee and it will be
accepted after approval from management team.

Any dispute or difference arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through
Arbitration. The sole Arbitrator, appointed in consultation with parties shall
conduct such Arbitration. The venue shall be at company address.

7.

Disabilities: Due to any action or any circumstances if employee will not able to
perform his/her duties as per work profile and expectation then company is able
to terminate the employee from his/her service and liable to pay till the date of
termination.
Death of employee: In case death of employee, company is liable to pay salary till
the date of death occurs.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING BELOW, I HAVE READ AND


UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE RULES, PROVISIONS, TERMS AND
CONDITIONS WHICH ARE WRITTEN ABOVE IN THIS EMPLOTMENT
BOND.
I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS
EMPLOYMENT BOND.
