Kapriol-Sirmex Machines are exclusively produced by highly qualified staff in the italian factories of Morganti spa, under the close supervision of our quality team. Each
machine is thoroughly tested before shipment.
All machines meet the essential requirements of the Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC.
La gamma Kapriol-Sirmex comprende macchine specificamente progettate per piegare e tagliare barre e tondini di acciaio per larmatura del cemento armato.
Si tratta di macchine altamente professionali, destinate ad una clientela esigente e
qualificata che richiede il massimo delle prestazioni sia per efficienza che per rapidit
di produzione.
La qualit assicurata dalla cura di ogni dettaglio: dalla fase di progettazione alle
lavorazione delle componenti meccaniche, alla fase di assemblaggio fino al controllo
qualit. Le macchine Kapriol Sirmex sono prodotte in serie da personale estremamente qualificato ed esclusivamente allinterno degli stabilimenti italiani di Morganti

The stirrup bender SP16/16 is a machine designed to
bend bars and steel rods. Due to the high working speed
and accuracy in carrying out the folds, it is ideal for high
production rates of brackets.
This machine can work up to 3 bars at the same time.

SC
Shears of SC series are the ideal solution for building sites
where it is necessary to cut a large number of rods and
bars for the reinforcement of concrete, even simultaneously.
Extremely robust, thanks to the one-piece body of cast
iron and the components completely made of steel, these
shears are also very fast, due to the high number of revolutions per minute.

Le cesoie della serie SC rappresentano la soluzione

ideale per il cantiere dove necessario tagliare un alto
numero di tondini e barre per larmatura del cemento
armato, anche contemporaneamente.
Estremamente robuste, grazie al corpo monoblocco in
fusione di ghisa ed alla componentistica completamente
in acciaio, sono molto veloci e sviluppano un elevato numero di giri al minuto.

SC plus
SC plus shears, can work on rods with a diameter up to
40mm, are the top products of the cutting machines of
Kapriol-Sirmex series.
High performances are possible thanks to the three-phase
electric motors and the robust construction.
The body in cast iron block and steel components make
