That's okay....I'll freakin' do everything....I am gone next Thursday and Friday to RGV. I took the "live
meeting" training for the Corps website....good stuff. We need to identify who we want to take the
training next Thursday "on-line". They will be glad they did. Obviously (b) and (b) but + think we
get some sector guys also. Access to maps and ROEs and graphs they can (6) import (6)
into
powerpoint....pretty handy!

I fly back tomorrow but don't get into Dulles until after 3p. I'll be back to the Office Tuesday.

(b) states that SBI had concerns and made comments during one of many site visits and thought it was
resolved or not an issue. We should ensure (b) (6) s in on the call because I'm sure he was involved
(6)
and can explain the disconnect.

(b) that is exactly what I needed to know. One more thing...did any PF225 personnel ever say this was
(6)
an issue...did it get brought up by EPT personnel to them? Just trying to get a handle on all sides.
Thanks.

Let me expand on the 14 miles. When we talked I said I was giving an approximate mileage. 14 miles
is the approximate length of this entire span of chain link.

To clarify and make it simple the entire K-2A project area is currently lined with a section of this 14 mile
span of chain-link. K-2A is listed as 8.96 miles so approximately 8.96 miles of this chain link will be
replaced under PF-225. Our proposed alignment for K-2A is in the exact same footprint as the existing
chain link.
The chain-link at the POE is a completely separate issue as it is in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. K-2A
runs through the El Paso and Ysleta AORs. I have never seen anything showing that fencing at the
Santa Teresa POE was counted as primary fencing.

If I wasn't able to clarify please give me a call.

One more time...please. Is the 14 miles of chain link fencing 1)not part of this POE fence issue and 2)is
this 14 miles part of/within the PF225 laydown? By #2 I mean is it expected to be replaced by a PF225
project? Is so, what are the projects involved? I have heard it both ways and am confused. Please lay
it out for me. Thanks.
