Crowd testing

Crowd testing is a superior choice for testing the functionality of a digital

product because it can quickly test common and uncommon uses. We call this
discovering your blind spots. Be an objective crowdtest will exercise your app in
ways you never imagined.
So every participant, can do crowd testing on the blind spots, feel free to do the
task / scenario without suitable from one testcase. For the workflow, you can read
on the next page.

Usability testing

Utilize the crowd to test the usability of your app, identify any challenges or
blindspots.
So every participant can do this with pre-release apps or for apps that are already
live.

Evaluate and Reward

Every participant who will be Crowd Testing, should be participate for
Usability Testing.
Scoring bugs depend on bug classify and scoring will
judgement by Tokopedia

WORK FLOW
For Android Apps:
1. We will notify you if the app is ready to download
2. Download our apps and do crowd testing then dont forget to submit
report for every bug you found. Link for bugs report Android Apps
3. Dont forget to check out Beta by Crashlytics to update your Tokopedia
app.

Installation for Android Apps

A. User requirement:
1. Minimum 1 android phone (not tablet)
2. Minimum android OS 4.1 (Jelly Bean)
3. Must install Beta Crashlytics (tutorial available below)
4. Register email to get Beta Crashlytics
B. Basic Know-How:

How to know your devices model number

a. Open Settings in your device

b. Search / scroll down and choose About Device
c. Look under Model Number

A. How to install Crashlytics for Android Apps:

Open email from Crashlytics from your PHONE

Tap on let me in button

3. Download Crashlytics Beta App by tapping on

download button

4. Wait for the download to be finished, then open the apk

file by tapping on the notification

5. If you received a message about blocked installation, then

go to settings (privacy settings) by tapping the button

Activate (tick or turn on) the unknown sources part

When the Unknown Sources message is shown, just choose OK, dont
tick on allow this installation only.

6. Choose install

7. After install is finished, open Beta

8. Register your account on Beta using the email that you
use to receive Crashlytics invitation, then choose next

9. Download the newest Tokopedia App from Beta, usually

the top most app by clicking on the Download button

10.After download is finished, install the Tokopedia app

11.If you received install blocked message like the

previous one, follow the same step (step 5-6).

12.After installation is finished, open Tokopedia app by tap on

launch button

13.And there you have it, your Tokopedia app!

14.You can access Beta and Tokopedia app again, check out
your home screen

15.Be sure to download every update from Crashlytics
