Stratix Works With Southwest Airlines To Deploy iPad Mini-Powered

EFBs
Will Replace Paper Manuals Used By Cabin Crews On SWA Aircraft
Stratix, which provides enterprise managed mobile services (MMS), and Southwest Airlines continue their
mobility collaboration by incorporating iPad mini-powered Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) into the aircraft cabin.
The EFBs will replace the paper manuals that Southwest Flight Attendants
use to reference policies, procedures and manuals while working a trip.
The iPad minis also will enable Southwest to simplify the way policies and
procedures are updated and ensure that flight attendants receive
updates at the same time.
For more detail and commentary on the project, please read iPads Take

to offer this technology to our flight attendants, said Sonya Lacore, Southwest Airlines Vice President Cabin
