Cream Cheese Frosting

Yields: 1 3/4 cups

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened


4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, with electric mixer on medium


speed, beat cream cheese and butter until well blended.
Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, and beat until
smooth and fluffy.
