RESOLUTIONS FROM THE FORUM IN TOWNSVILLE: MOTIONS TO MEETING

TOWNSVILLE SHOWGROUNDS 20-08-2016


1. THAT A ROYAL COMMISSION BE INSTIGATED INTO THE BANKING
INDUSTRY AND THEIR AGENTS IN AUSTRALIA (INCLUDING RECEIVERS,
VALUERS, FINANCIAL ADVISORS, LAWYERS, REAL ESTATE AGENTS,
AUCTIONEERS AND SUPERANNUATION FUND MANAGERS).
THAT THE ROYAL COMMISSION CONTAIN PARAMETERS WHICH ALLOW THE
EVIDENCE TO LEAD THE OUTCOMES, SO THAT THE GUILTY ARE
PROSECUTED AND THE ROYAL COMMISSION IS ABLE TO MAKE
RECOMMENDATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
THAT INCLUDED IN THE ROYAL COMMISSION IS PROVISION FOR RESTITUTION
TO ORIGINAL STATUS FOR THE VICTIMS.

SUPPORT CORPORATIONS IN THEIR WIDESPREAD AND SYSTEMATIC
REPOSSESSION OF PROPERTY AND ASSETS BE FORBIDDEN!

6. THAT CONSIDERATION BE GIVEN TO RE-INSTITUTING A GRAND JURY
SYSTEM IN AUSTRALIA TO ENABLE APPROPRIATE PUNISHMENTS TO BE
IMPOSED WHERE APPROPRIATE, THEREBY DETERRING CORPORATIONS
FROM ENGAGING IN UNCONSCIONABLE AND UNLAWFUL CONDUCT AND
TO RESTORE COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 3 (THREE) OF THE
CONSTITUTION. Abolition of ASIC, ACCC, CIO and FIRB and recognition be given that
they, along with FOS have proven incapable of recognising or dealing with the
UNCONSIONABLE ACTIONS OF BANKING CORPORATIONS AND THEIR AGENTS.
(THE GRAND JURY SYSTEM IS A MORE COST EFFECTIVE AND APPROPRIATE
MEANS OF ENSURING THE LAW IS UPHELD OR APPROPRIATELY PUNISHED
WHERE BREACHES ARE EVIDENCED).

BANKS, AS A LOAN TO CUSTOMERS.
