Abstract
Cultural relics health management includes healthy
monitoring ,healthy analysis, and health assessment,in which
the method and model structure of the assessment are the
most important aspect of the protection of cultural
relics. This paper builds the indication system of cultural
relics health, in consideration of the ontology state of the
cultural relics,disease state,heritage preservation the
environment and the security of cultural relics. The
improved evaluation methods of heritages health
assessment are put forward in this paper, the priority of
AHP replaced by cloud model calculates the coefficient
weight in the relics health evaluation model. At last, the
defferent health index of Tang shun Ling in three dates are
compared by the method.

Introduction
The conservation of heritage relies on diagnosis relies
on its current status and restoration interventions.
Therefore, it is based on various kinds of
investigations and analytical data[1].Although many
cultural relics administrative departments monitor the
environment and condition of cultural relics for many
unmovable cultural relics, but health assessment and
health assessment is still at the primary stage. At
present the research on the evaluation at home and
abroad, often using analytic hierarchy process,
multiple

analysis
of
the
fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation method, and neural
network method.Dr. Chen has preserved the data of
collection to the Great Wall in the north of Shaanxi soil
sites, but also no health assessment of the overall
data[2];Mr. Wu is also aware of the health assessment
of cultural relics is of great significance to the
88

protection of cultural relics and research, but also did

not find a feasible method to try[3]. Professor Lu has
monitored the long-term of the Mogao Grottoes of
Dunhuang, has accumulated of a large number of
data, but only studied for the relations between the
local tourist amount and caves in CO 2 , nor on the
caves in the heritage body health condition for a
quantified analysis[4].These evaluation methods are
different aspects of the evaluation target and its
influence factors of uncertainty as an important role in
promoting the research of evaluation target. In the
aspect of Tang mausoleum stone cultural relics
protection, this paper will analaysis the cultural relics
protection data of Tangshun mausoleum in China,
after accumulating 2 years. It makes analysis on the
main factors through using the AHP to geological
disasters in the study area, considering the impact of
various factors, combined with the protection of
cultural relics experts, to evaluate the health status of
Tangshun mausoleum stone cultural relics.
Health Status Assessment Index System of
Cultural Relics
There are very different between health and biological
heritage health, a measure of cultural relics healthy is
not only on the form and characteristics of relics
ontology, but also including the environmental state of
preservation, considering the unexpected events such
as the geological disasters, man-made destruction of
cultural relics. Considering the comprehensive
aspects, health evaluation model is established
according to the cultural relics of Tangshun
mausoleum stone artifacts, as shown in figure 1.
From the cultural relics under the unmovable cultural
relics and cultural relics protection monitoring data,

operations to approximate, not persuasive. In

addition, the cultural relics health factor with a precise
numerical objective membership on health risk level is
very difficult, the existing methods are usually
adopted subjective value or empirical formula to give
a degree of membership, this process leads to the
membership degree of uncertainty[4].
In view of this, the method of multi-level fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation using the improved cloud
model to construct the heritage health risk prediction
model, the key lies oin the evaluation set cloud model
cloud model, standard three aspects and the degree of
membership function of cloud model, cloud model,
each of which are with its corresponding expectations
(Ex), entropy (En) and hyper entropy (He)three digital
features to characterize, namely C (Ex, En, He).
Among these droplets (Ex) reflect the position of the
center of gravity, is health risk level[5].

1.The highest level A is the target layer, it is reasonable

to evaluate the health status of Tangshun mausoleum
stone cultural relics;
2.The middle layer (B) is the criterion layer, including:
the body of the cultural relics, artifacts state (B 1 )
diseases (B 2 ), heritage preservation of the environment
(B 3 ) and the safety of the cultural relics (B 4 );
3.The lowest layer (C 1 -C 21 ) includes project layer:
cultural relics, artifacts, age, cultural relics, defect
fracture scale, fractured, biological diseases, surface
weathering, settlement, air temperature, precipitation,
illumination, humidity, dew point, soil temperature,
soil humidity, wind speed, SO 2 concentration, CO 2
concentration, earthquake, flood and artificial the
theft.
Health Risk Assessment Model of Cultural
Relics Improved by Cloud Model
In the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of
cultural relics health model, random and discrete
system is mainly reflected in the subjective opinion in
part. First of all, the impact of the factors in
determining the comparison judgment matrix, in order
to avoid expert personal experience and subjective
factors on the evaluation results, using the method of
group decision making needs to make a decision, but
the aggregation method of traditional expert score
only simple algebraic operations, but in fact each
expert score are inevitably exist fuzziness, randomness
and discreteness, the uncertainty between the
aggregation operation, using only simple algebraic

entropy (E n ) to describe the fuzziness and randomness
of cloud droplets, which reflects the health risk level,
health risk effects may range of factor weight and
membership degree; excess entropy (H e ) is entropy, is
used to describe the thickness of the cloud, mainly
reflects the degree of discrete droplets, respectively,

weight and membership degree of deviation from the
center value. Improved health risks specific cultural
relics of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
model by using the cloud model to realize the process
shown in figure 2.
In this paper, the cloud model scaling to construct the
judgment matrix, and then calculate the factor weight
of induced culture relics health risk by square root
method. Comparison of two two rows in the judgment
matrix elements are calculated, then obtains the
formula weights shown cloud expectations (Ex),
entropy (En) and hyper entropy (He) formula[8]:

According Tang Shunling East HAVEN monitoring
data, the monitoring data has been collected and
processed during September 1st, October 1st and
November 1 in 2013.
Operating Rules
1) Age of Relics
Given the age and cultural heritage into the health
of the reverse relationship, so that:
Age is less than 500 artifacts, relics Age entry is 3;
If artifacts age is between 500 and 1500, the age
relics term value is 2;
Age is greater than 1500 artifacts, relics Age value

Obtained at the right is a set of elements in a layer

of an element and its weight vector. To finally get
the elements of each program especially for the
lowest sort of target weight, we need for the total
order. The total order is the same level as the
relative importance of all the factors that the target
layer (top) of the sort weights. The total order is
important right from top to bottom of the right to a
single criterion under heavy synthesis [9].
ABC matrix for the total order, Cw weighting
matrix for the AB and BC are the product of the
weight matrix, the ultimate target layer C layer
relative weighting factor Cw[10]. The results are
shown in Table 6.
