Subject: Business Management Courses Worldwide

In response to your multinational corporation's employees having some issues relating to
business, we have gone over your proposal to implement a Business Management Course
worldwide for your employees. In all of the information, you have provided to our consultant
company we have come up with a solution to help with the situation you have.
First we analyzed the information that you sent to us to get a better idea of your employee data
so that we can reach all of your employees worldwide. We see that your company has a
population of about 63% males and 37% females. The ages of your employees range from 20-65,
but 70% are 30 years old or older. The education levels range from an Associate's Degree to a
Ph.D. All of your employees have basic computer skills or higher which will benefit your
company with this worldwide course you would like to administer. We also see with our analysis
that 85% of your employees have not taken a course similar to your Business Management
Course you would like to supply to your employees worldwide. We see that your company
reaches over one hundred countries worldwide. You have such a diverse culture in your
corporation that we would like to assist you with your course design plan.
Second we started designing and developing a course that could reach all of your employees
worldwide with as little problems as possible. Designing and developing this course can be
tricky with how spread out your company is worldwide. We want to be able to reach everyone
successfully but also culturally. We decided with this course the best way to reach all of your
employees worldwide would be an in-person course. Since you have the aspect of such a diverse
culture, an in-person course would help each place around the world make cultural adjustments
the easiest for your company. After the in-person training, a test online to make sure they learned
all of the information would be recommended. The test we designed for online would be
straightforward enough to assist anyone culturally. In the in-person course rooms for training,
computers should be put in there so they will have quiet and privacy while testing after the
course. Dividers between computers will make the employees privacy and comfort level at ease.
We suggest activities during the in-person training to keep employees actively thinking and
processing the information needed. We suggest an open-ended learning environment considering
the cultural differences, and a learner and knowledge-centered environment to work in during the
course. The open-ended learning environment will allow you to bring in problem-based learning,

so they can figure out problems to situations and think critically to learn more in depth about
Business Management. We recommend that the class is at least two weeks of an hour of training
a day for your course. Lastly, we made goals to accomplish during this course for your
employees.
Goals:
Employees will be able to participate in the course.
Employees will be successful in taking the in-person course.
Employees will be able to complete successfully the online test to complete the course.
The goals are easily attainable and will be added with objectives if you like how our consultant
company addressed your Business Management Course Worldwide. We look forward to your
feedback on what you think, or what you would like to work on with our design plan.
