To Whom It May Concern:

I am proud and honored to recommend a valued alumna, Kaylie Quimby, as an excellent candidate and
potential hire. As someone who has had the pleasure to work with Kaylie in a wide-range of capacities,
I would like to say a few words highlighting certain strengths of her character and skill-set.
Kaylie is an extremely hard working, motivated young woman. During her undergraduate career, she
earned a place with our program due to her strong desire to constantly improve while aiming to achieve
her personal best. Kaylie demonstrated growth in learning, in patience, and in depth of understanding.
She always aimed to draw inspiration from those around her in each and every area of her life - whether
in learning, practicing, or relating to her teammates and peers. Kaylies contagious personality and
welcoming smile allows her to connect with others almost instantly. She is extremely easy to get along
with and is always one of the first to volunteer, lead a project, or collaborate. Kaylie is a people person
with a gigantic heart, strong intuition, and innate desire to help.
Kaylie is never afraid of accepting a challenge. Patience of self and of others is undoubtedly one of her
most telling and admirable traits. Clearly in any professional or collaborative capacity, patience and
organization are crucial. Kaylie has always exhibited that genuine desire to foster learning and
development with those around her, which I truly believe is where her patience stems from. She is not
afraid to acknowledge challenging situations and instead of experiencing frustration, Kaylie channels a
composed sense of understanding and tackles her hurdles with an open mind. Her strong work ethic
often rubs off on those around her and has impacted each of her teammates in a powerful way, especially
as a team leader.
Kaylie proved time and time again to be a true leader and mentor for our team. She was appointed to our
Executive Board (assistant captain) her junior year and then was promoted to captain her senior year.
Under her leadership, Kaylie successfully helped lead the team through exciting seasons filled with
community outreach events, campus spirit events, fundraisers, and various team unity events. In addition
to all of this wonderful outreach and promotion of team and school spirit, Kaylie was also an integral
contributor in terms of mentoring elementary and high school pompon teams through our private training
options and clinics. As captain, Kaylie was able to let her extreme organizational skills shine.
I highly recommend Kaylie Quimby for any position of work, leadership, education, or any other capacity
in which she can spread her passion and share her talents with others. I have always expected great
things from Kaylie and am pleased to say that she has never let me down. She has always served as an
approachable role model, reliable team member, and would be an excellent asset to any organization.
Respectfully,
