Sales Agent Sales office


Strategic Facility Management Department

They will assist and support the Head of Sales office and his / her team in the daily
activities
Main tasks and reponsibilities:
selecting and controlling of external real estate agents;
conducting of sales negotiations;
forming of individual real estate contracts;
preparing specific reports for superiors;
coordination of sales projects;
participate in multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
trained for real estate management or real estate marketing;
about 3 years experience in real estate marketing;
good knowledge of the Romanian real estate market;
strong knowledge of real estate marketing;
knowledge of Romanian real estate law and property rights;
good data handling skills (MS Office, data-base, CAD);
good english and romanian knowledge.
Location/Regions: HQ - Bucharest
Reporting line: Head of Sales office
Other:
ability to work independent and at ones own responsibility;
willingness to travel;
good communication and negotiating skills;
