General Administration:
Building Maintenance:

Monitoring the House Keeping activities as per their Check List, daily attendance & Monthly
OT hours.
Monitoring Plumbing works on daily basis.
Landscaping, Painting work.

Travel Desk:
Flight, Train, Bus tickets booking, Visa-Passport arrangement.

Preparing the daily report based on the tickets booked.


Pool Vehicles allocations, Hired vehicle if require & pool drivers duties allocation.
Cafeteria, Guest Lunch & Vending Machine.
MIS for all Admin activities.
Events Coordination.

Maintain the track record of the consultants, service providers attendance and
forward the same to the concern head / depts.

Handling over Housekeeping operations, General, and Weekend cleaning
